Credit to this account will definitely mean that our constituency leader is loosing his credibility everyday, so the chances to remain in the power again & again: the topmost desire of the Leader at any cost. Here he would always like to have a 'Zero Account' ...to be a 'Zero SD Rape Account' leader.

If charges of Rape are proven to this Inhuman being by the Hon'ble Supreme Court that he has  done this devilish & heinous crime,  punishment should also include that he has to always write 'Rapist' after his Full Name for a definite period to life time as decided by the Hon'ble Court.

Aversion to be generated against the word Rapist since beginning. The impact of the desired change should be so strong, that the word RAPE really starts hitting as a Four letter word, the word should instill nauseation & odiousness in the minds of young and old alike, it should be loathsome and looked down with hatred.

If the word itself generates such an impact ,the act which is a heinous one, will be imbibed in the minds in the true sense.

3. Further, there is a monitoring of implementation of this law with the help of Media by the Top Women of society, till this law is imbibed or gets into the soul of the developing culture of Homo rapiens and Homo gang rapiens into Homo familyens
