*Media to create and publish territory 'SD Rape Account for Rulers' every month and flash a major change, if any, in between...
Rape Account means number of cases of rape incidents registered in police stations per day adding to previous day account report in the constituency of a particular MLA**, MP***, Chief Minister**** including Prime Minister*****. It would begin from the day when a particular MLA to Prime Minister completes his Oath Ceremony and will be closing on the day when he resigns our voted out from his constituency. This will remain certainly a point of concern for the politician cum leader cum ruler of the society and he/she definitely would not dream a growth of amount in atleast this kind of account. Credit to this account will definitely mean that our constituency leader is loosing his credibility everyday, so the chances to remain in the power again & again: the topmost desire of the Leader at any cost. Here he would always like to have a 'Zero Account' ...to be a 'Zero SD Rape Account' leader.

I have sent my views to Justice Verma Committee. Punishment for rapists should be harsher than death,thatis, the culprits in prison should be periodically taken round the city with their faces blackened and they are whipped while on this trip.
